Here’s how to create an account in just a few minutes and access your discounts:
  1. Click here and enter your first name, last name, and email address* (*Be sure to use the same email address you have used in the past when completing a purchase, this will assure that you can see your past purchase history. Don’t forget to accept the terms and conditions!)
  2. Once completed, click on CREATE ACCOUNT and we’ll automatically send you a verification email
  3. Check your inbox, open the email, and click the link to create your password. (If you don’t see it after 1-2 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.)
  4. Create your password and login (Make sure you include the minimum password requirements) 
Now you are ready to log in and start shopping!

You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link located underneath the LOGIN button.

  1. Insert the email address used to create your account and click on “SEND PASSWORD RESET LINK”
  2. Check your email for the verification link. If you don’t see it after 1-2 minutes check your spam or junk folder for an email with the subject: “Verify your email address to activate your account”

After you request a return, if you are within the money-back guarantee period, you will receive a return authorization number (“RA #”) and shipping instructions for your return. Your RA # and shipping instructions will be sent to you via email.

You will also be sent a form that you will need to print out and include in your return shipment. You must include your RA # on this form so we can process your refund. Any shipments that do not contain a return form or RA # will NOT be refunded and will be destroyed.

Please note you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning your product(s). Your refund will be processed once your returned product(s) has arrived at our shipping facility

SHIPPING

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Domestic shipping takes on average 2-7 business days. International shipping takes on average 14-28 business days. However, shipping time can vary, depending on different carriers and customs.

After your order processes, you will receive a confirmation number as well as tracking information so you can see exactly where your product is

The moment we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking number and link so you can follow all tracking updates.

Yes! We offer free standard ground shipping for all US (Domestic) orders over $49. To meet the $49 minimum, your cart total must be $49 after discounts.
