Sweepstakes Official Rules
- NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
- Eligibility: The KHGH Group, LLC d/b/a/ Badlands Ranch, Social Media Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. The winner acknowledges that if they enter the Sweepstakes using a fraudulent name or account, they will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Employees of Badlands Ranch (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated entities, and its advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win, nor are members of such employees’ immediate families. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, domestic partners, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren.
- Agreement to Official Rules: By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Sweepstakes You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements set forth above. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Badlands Ranch Social Media Sweepstakes.
- Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes will occur monthly, beginning at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on the 1st of every month and ending at 11:59 p.m. PT on the 29th of the promotional month (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, entries must be received within the specified Sweepstakes Period.
How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter the Badlands Ranch Social Media Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, by doing the following:
- “FOLLOW” @badlandsranchpets on Instagram;
- “LIKE” Badlands Ranch on Facebook;
- “Subscribe” to Badlands Ranch on YouTube for this sweepstakes
As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random following the conclusion of each Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be contacted by Email within five (5) business days following the close of the Sweepstakes Period. If any winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either select an alternate winner or not award that winner’s prize. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of the winner are final. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
- Prize: The winner will receive a variety of Badlands Ranch products, with a combined retail price of approximately $100. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event an original prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. The winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be shipped to the winner via U.S.P.S. and/or electronic mail. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged mail. Prizes lost or damaged in mailing will not be replaced.
- Rights Granted by You: By submitting an entry (e.g., follow, like, etc.) into this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, any individual acting on the Sponsor’s behalf, and the licensees, successors, and assigns of the Sponsor shall, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Badlands Ranch Social Media Sweepstakes, and your biographical information for advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.
- Release of Liability:
By entering the Sweepstakes, You release and hold Sponsor, Facebook Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, managers, members, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, the Badlands Ranch website, or any prize won.
SPONSOR (INCLUDING ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS, MERCHANTS, SPONSORS, LICENSORS AND THE LIKE, AND OUR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELATED PARTIES”)) PROVIDES ITS WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND CONTENTS OF ITS WEBSITE ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE, OR ITS INFORMATION, CONTENT, PRODUCTS OR THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR AND ITS RELATED PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING, FOR EXAMPLE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
- Choice of Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflicts of laws principles. By entering this Sweepstakes, You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) in Los Angeles County for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes.
- Miscellaneous Conditions: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the United States. Sweepstakes entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be disqualified. Sponsor has the sole discretion to terminate the Sweepstakes at any given time, or to amend these rules at any time for any reason. In the event of an early cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software; or failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, cellular or internet service issues, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; or any combination thereof.
